Job Description:
New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) is seeking a full-time 40
hr./ 5-day Oncology- Registered Dietician to provide professional
services to NECS patients and families throughout our practice
clinics. These services include assessment, diagnosis, intervention,
monitoring and evaluations or patients dietary needs as they go
through their treatment journey. The Oncology Dietician will provide
medical nutritional therapy services to our patients. They will
educate both patients and patient families in individual and group
settings. The successful candidate will have clinical expertise and
experience working in an oncology setting, be licensed in the state
of Maine and NH, or be able to obtain. This job will work remotely
through a telehealth application. This candidate should have the
ability to drive to any of our clinic locations on an as needed
basis, strong preference for candidate to be a New England resident.
NECS is a private medical practice composed of 14 oncologists
and hematologists serving the region from 5 different locations in

Job Duties:

Provide 1:1 Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients undergoing
cancer treatment and to those who have completed treatment.

Assist in creating and running group nutrition and wellness
programs for cancer survivorship.
Travel: Minimal, this position is remote, but
candidate must live within driving distance of NECS clinics in Maine
and New Hampshire for potential in-person needs.
