Job Description:

New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care Physician to join the growing Palliative Care Team within our highly successful private Oncology/Hematology practice in beautiful southern, Maine and New Hampshire. The successful candidate will be trained in Internal Medicine with a fellowship in Palliative Medicine/Hospice, experience in Oncology and Hematology patient care preferred.

As a Physician member of our Palliative Care Team, you will be providing care in the outpatient and inpatient setting in our Portsmouth NH and Kennebunk ME clinics. You will collaborate in co-managing palliative cancer treatments with our patients' primary Oncologists/Hematologists. In conjunction, you will participate in inpatient care on NECS patients that are admitted to area hospitals.

This position is full-time and includes a competitive compensation and benefits package, generous PTO and CME time as well and relocation assistance. NECS is a private medical practice composed of 13 oncologists and hematologists serving the region from 5 different locations in Maine and New Hampshire.
